Great deals on Residential Lots

We've recently uncovered some great deals on Residential lots in Tamarindo.

The first is 583 m2 (over 1/8 acre) and asking is only $65,000! That's not much over $100/m2 and is a great bargain. The lot is surrounded by single-family homes and less than 1/4 mile walk to the beach. It may require some inexpensive retention work to level out one corner, or you could build the pool there and just backfill. Lot is bordered on two sides by green zones and has some nice, large trees nearby.


The second lot is located less than a mile from the beach, also surrounded by residential homes, and has a little bit of ocean glimpse. A second-story structure would have a decent ocean view, including Cabo Velas. The lot is just under 480m2, has a large guanacaste tree against one edge and a nice guaitil tree on the other edge. Neither tree represents problems for building, but they bring monkeys, birds and shade to the lot.
