Awesome New Property

Wow! Brian and Steve went out to tour a property today that is just breathtaking. We are still working with the seller to determine the best pricing, but we expect these large, development-ready parcels to be coming onto the market in a matter of weeks. Prices are looking like 1-2 million or so with plenty of room for someone to create/sell lots and make a killing. Stay Tuned!
