Tierra Verde Avellanas - Aerial Photo's Available!!

On a recent trip scouting property from the airplane of our good friend and neighbor Chris Uniak (www.macawair.com) we took some excellent photos of the Tierra Verde Avellanas site. With a little help from Photoshop we posted the boundary lines of the property along with a few other key Avellanas landmarks.

We hope to begin the internal roads on the development before the heavy rains hit in September and are very excited to begin placing the water and electrical infrastructure at the start of the next dry season in December.

We are selling +/- 900 to 1000 meter lots at $50,000 in presale and have only four lots left in the development at the presale/predevelopment mark. With high end develoment beginning construction within 300 meters of Tierra Verde, new bridges(!!!) that have opened up year round access to the area and construction of the 5 Star J.W.
